Jorge Jimenez

As Director of Budget & Grants Management, Jorge is responsible for all of the organization's financial functions, including accounting and audit. His career spans over 20 years of varied leadership experiences in financial, business, program, and strategic management.

 Before joining the organization in November of 2012, Jorge served as Director of Finance and Administration for Central American Resource Center, the largest Central American immigration and advocacy organization in the country, where he was responsible for planning, directing, and controlling financial and administrative functions for the organization. He also successfully implemented the Human Resources department's systems and practices to align with operational goals and objectives. He has also served in the US Armed Forces and is a proud Army veteran.
