Leslie Poston

Leslie leads Catalyst California’s prospecting agenda for foundation funding while also providing research, strategy, writing, and editing support for our grant reports, proposals, projects, initiatives, and other funding communication. She supports the Associate Director of Foundation Relations in executing the department’s broader vision for foundation fundraising and supervises the Foundation Relations Associate while collaborating with them on prospecting and stewardship goals. Leslie graduated from Stanford University, advocates for the integration of writing and storytelling in activist efforts, and is a second-generation Angeleno who was raised in South Central Los Angeles.
